First checks

1. Confirm you are using the original site, not a similarly named alternative. Our site comparison explains why this matters.
2. Request a new sign-in email from the original site’s current login screen. The official Privacy page says its magic link expires after five minutes. Prefer the newest message if you requested more than one.
3. Open that new link promptly in the browser where you intend to play. If the browser gives a specific error, note the exact wording before trying again.

These are bounded first checks, not a diagnosis of every possible failure. We have not tested all email delivery, device, session or expired-link states. Avoid sending your sign-in link or email code to this wiki or to an unfamiliar helper.

Account settings

The official Changelog says the September 21, 2026 update added settings for theme, display-name color, favorite badges, signing out and account deletion. Use the original site’s settings for those actions; a third-party guide cannot perform them for you.

For the choice before your first roll, read guest or account. We have not established whether an earlier guest result is recoverable after sign-up.
